Job description

As a Servity Developer (d/f/m), you will make an impact by designing, developing, and optimizing ITSM solutions on the DCON Servity platform. You will be a valued member of our IT Service Management delivery team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders and technical experts to ensure scalable, efficient, and high-quality ITSM operations.

In this role, you will:

  • Design, develop, and configure solutions on the Servity ITSM platform.
  • Customize core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, and Hardware/Software Asset Management.
  • Develop workflows, forms, business rules, and interfaces.
  • Build integrations with procurement tools and vendor portals such as HP, Dell, and Lenovo.
  • Support enhancements, bug fixes, and platform optimization activities.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
  • Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
  • Provide operational support throughout the contract period.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Unit testing?, * Proven experience in Servity development (DCON OEM platform).

  • Strong background with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC, Remedy).
  • Solid knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request Management).
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, scripting, and integrations.
  • Ability to work independently in a contract-based setup.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

These will help you stand out

  • Prior experience with DCON Servity implementations.
  • ITIL certification (Foundation or higher).
  • Experience working in European enterprise environments.
  • German language skills (nice to have).
