This role is critical to driving end-to-end product coherence, ensuring high-quality solution design, and supporting the execution of the global Salesforce product strategy within the Marketing, Sales & Business Operations domain.

As a Senior Salesforce Product Owner, you act as a solution leader and product integrator across Salesforce platforms. You are accountable for ensuring that business needs are translated into scalable, coherent, and user-centric solutions, while supporting the Product Director in driving product strategy and alignment.

You operate at the intersection of strategy, solution design, and delivery, with strong exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-domain dependencies.

Your main responsibilities:

Product & Solution Leadership

  • Act as Solution Designer, defining end-to-end user journeys and detailed solution designs across Media Cloud, Sales Cloud, and CLM
  • Ensure architectural consistency and functional alignment across Salesforce products and integrated systems
  • Anticipate design gaps, technical trade-offs, and cross-domain impacts; propose and arbitrate solutions
  • Promote best practices in Salesforce configuration, automation, data modeling, and UX standards
  • Own and manage the product backlog at Epic and Feature levels
  • Ensure clear decomposition into Features and User Stories in collaboration with Product Owners and squads
  • Drive prioritization based on business value, dependencies, and delivery capacity
  • Ensure delivery accountability, predictability, and quality across initiatives

Product Organization Enablement

  • Support and coach Product Owners within the Salesforce domain
  • Provide guidance on solution design, backlog structuring, and Agile best practices
  • Arbitrate when design inconsistencies or cross-team issues arise
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product practices and ways of working

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Drive alignment between Marketing, Sales, Deal Desk, Business Operations, and IT stakeholders
  • Facilitate decision-making on scope, priorities, and sequencing
  • Provide clear visibility on roadmap, progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Act as a trusted product partner for senior business stakeholders

Requirements

Do you have experience in UX?, * You bring a proactive and curious mindset, continuously seeking better ways to leverage the Salesforce platform and improve product outcomes.

  • You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating complex organizational landscapes
  • You naturally connect strategy with execution
  • You enjoy enabling others and raising the overall product maturity
  • You are energized by stakeholder collaboration and impact at scale
  • And last but not least, you wake up every morning thinking how you will have fun at work

What we expect from you

  • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role on the Salesforce platform
  • Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, and solid exposure to Media Cloud and CLM
  • Proven experience acting as a solution owner on complex, cross-domain Salesforce initiatives
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes: marketing, sales, deal management, and contracting
  • Experience managing backlogs at Epic / Feature level in Agile product organizations
  • Ability to drive alignment and decision-making across multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills in an international, English-speaking environment
  • A structured, pragmatic, and collaborative leadership style
