Job description
- Implement, configure, and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms.
- Design, manage, and optimize roles, entitlements, and access workflows to ensure secure and compliant access provisioning.
- Work hands-on with IAM platforms such as One Identity and Azure Active Directory.
- Develop and support integrations between the IAM platform and enterprise applications and systems.
- Support access governance, compliance, and audit requirements aligned with regulatory frameworks.
- Troubleshoot IAM, RBAC, and access-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with security, IT, and business teams to align access controls with organizational policies., * Translate business and security requirements into effective RBAC and IAM solutions.
- Design scalable and secure role models for enterprise environments.
- Develop and maintain IAM integrations with enterprise applications.
- Identify, assess, and remediate access risks and entitlement issues.
- Document IAM configurations, role models, and operational procedures clearly.
- Work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Consistently follow security, compliance, and architectural standards.

Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in Identity and Access Management with a strong focus on RBAC.
- Hands-on experience implementing and maintaining roles, entitlements, and access workflows.
- Strong knowledge of RBAC concepts, role engineering, and entitlement lifecycle management.
- Experience working with compliance and security frameworks such as GDPR and ISO 27001.
- Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages such as Python, C#, VB.NET, or SQL.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
