IAM Developer (RBAC Specialist)

We are seeking an experienced IAM Developer / RBAC Specialist to support Identity and Access Management initiatives for a project based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing and maintaining Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) within the organization's IAM platform, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient access provisioning across enterprise systems., * Implement and maintain RBAC models within the organization's IAM platform

• Configure roles, entitlements, and workflows to ensure secure access provisioning
• Develop integrations between IAM platforms and enterprise applications
• Support identity lifecycle management processes
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory frameworks
• Troubleshoot IAM-related issues and provide technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including security, infrastructure, and development

• 4-6+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (e.g., One Identity, Azure AD)
• Strong understanding of RBAC concepts, role engineering, and entitlement management
• Experience developing integrations with enterprise applications
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR and ISO 27001
• Proficiency in scripting/programming languages (Python, C#, VB.NET, SQL or similar)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, * IAM RBAC Subject Matter Expertise (SME)
• Cyber Security / IAM Professional Services experience
• Strong digital development background with Python or similar technologies
