Job description
We are seeking a highly organised and numerate Project Support Administrator to join our team and provide essential administrative support across a range of fast-paced construction projects. This role is ideally suited to someone with a background in bookkeeping or project administration, who thrives in a dynamic environment and can juggle multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy., Support Project Managers and Cost Managers in the delivery of multiple construction projects
Maintain and update project cost statements and financial trackers
Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to coordinate information and resolve queries
Assist with document control and ensure up-to-date project files are maintained
General administrative duties to ensure smooth project operations
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, Strong numerical and analytical skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Great attention to detail
Comfortable working with spreadsheets
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Able to multitask and work to deadlines in a busy environment
Professional, reliable, and confident dealing with a range of stakeholders
