Job description
As Senior Platform Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building and maintaining our internal platform tooling, enabling engineers to focus on delivering high-quality software without friction.

- Partner with engineering teams to understand their workflows and deliver platform solutions that enable rapid development and deployment.
- Enhance automation and evolve CI/CD pipelines to reduce friction and improve developer productivity.
- Apply diverse programming expertise to solve backend, cloud and infrastructure challenges, leveraging technologies such as Typescript and Go.
- Implement observability, monitoring and optimisation practices to proactively identify issues and continuously improve system performance.
- Enable engineering teams by continuously assessing and improving the platform's usability, scalability and cost-effectiveness - keeping the needs of internal teams at the forefront.

- A product-minded approach to engineering challenges, with the ability to balance usability, scalability and long-term cost efficiency.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures and the implementation of CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong problem solving skills and the desire to work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to bridge gaps between teams and stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
