Job description
We're seeking a proactive Level 1/2 Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite support every Monday for a client based in Maidstone. This may someone already in part time work, or with other commitments that has Monday's free to earn extra money.
You'll act as the first point of contact for IT issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems while supporting user administration and Microsoft 365 environments., * Triage and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
- User administration in Active Directory (onboarding, offboarding, group access, password resets)
- Admin support within Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams)
- Desktop imaging and device wiping
Requirements
- Experience in a Level 1/2 desktop support role
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Confident working independently onsite
- Adaptable, hands-on and willing to get stuck in
