Provide 2nd-3rd line technical support to business customers

Diagnose and resolve issues at OS, application, server and network level
-
Deliver remote and on-site support to client premises when required

Perform server upgrades, migrations and transitions to Microsoft 365
-
Support Windows Server and Desktop operating systems
-
Administer Microsoft 365 services including Azure AD, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
-
Configure, maintain and troubleshoot network infrastructure (firewalls, switches, Wi-Fi)
-
Assist with hardware installations, repairs and replacements
-
Participate in planned migrations, upgrades and project work
-
Communicate confidently with end users and stakeholders at director level
-
Maintain accurate documentation and follow best-practice processes
Requirements
The successful candidate will be technically strong, customer-focused, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a close-knit team., * Extensive experience within an MSP or IT Solutions Provider environment

Strong troubleshooting skills with a logical, methodical approach
-
Deep knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop OS environments
-
Experience with server migrations and Microsoft 365 deployments
-
Solid understanding of Azure AD, Exchange (on-prem & M365) and PowerShell
-
Experience supporting virtualised environments
-
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing)
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle with business insurance
