Job description
- Design, develop, and maintain data models aligned with business needs and data architecture standards.
- Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Implement data validation, quality checks, and monitoring to maintain dataset integrity.
- Analyze on-chain, internal, and third-party data to generate actionable insights and identify trends or anomalies.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for internal and public use, supporting stakeholders with analytical projects.
- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in metrics and definitions.
- Document processes, workflows, and analyses to maintain high standards of transparency and reproducibility.
Requirements
Requirements:3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or BI development.Expert-level SQL skills with experience in complex queries, data modeling, and query optimization.Hands-on experience with dbt, sqlmesh, or dataform, and a strong understanding of ETL/ELT and data warehousing concepts.Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.Experience with dashboarding and visualization tools (e.g., Preset, Omni, Looker, Dune Analytics).Knowledge of blockchain data structures and on-chain analytics is highly desirable.Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex datasets into actionable insights.Detail-oriented with high standards for data accuracy, documentation, and execution.Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote-first, distributed team environment.Passion for crypto, Web3, or emerging analytics technologies is a plus.Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and data architecture concepts is
