Test Pack Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Test Pack Coordinator to join the construction project of the mechanical scope of a new biorefinery for NESTE.

The project involves complex mechanical completion activities, documentation control and multidisciplinary coordination within an international Oil & Gas environment.

Reporting to the Pre-Commissioning Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the full Test Pack workflow, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance with project procedures
• Reviewing and validating Test Packs prepared by the Contractor
• Coordinating walkthroughs, field verifications and punch list management
• Supervising hydrotest and reinstatement activities carried out by Subcontractors
• Providing structured reports on progress, dossier status and system readiness

Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, * Technical Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in the role within international Oil & Gas or petrochemical projects

• Strong knowledge of piping codes (ASME B31.3, PED, valve codes)

• Proven experience in Test Pack coordination, pressure test execution, completion & turnover

• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query) for data management

• Familiarity with digital systems for punch list and quality record management

• Operational leadership and site coordination capability

• Precision, analytical mindset and autonomy

LANGUAGES:

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Italian is considered a plus
