As Head of Business Intelligence & Commercial Analytics, you are responsible for building and leading a high performing BI function that directly impacts revenue predictability, margin control and strategic growth.
You translate commercial strategy into forecasting models, performance dashboards and actionable insights. You professionalize our sales forecasting, pipeline management and CRM governance, ensuring that executive leadership operates with reliable and forward looking intelligence.
You combine strong business acumen with deep expertise in data analytics, CRM systems and governance frameworks. You lead a team of BI Specialists and act as the strategic owner of our commercial data ecosystem.

This role sits at the center of Sales, Finance, Strategy and Customer Success.
What you will be doing
- Define and execute the Business Intelligence and Commercial Analytics strategy aligned with growth and EBITDA objectives
- Lead and develop a team of BI Specialists, embedding a data driven culture across commercial teams
- Own end to end sales and revenue forecasting processes, improving forecast accuracy and predictability
- Develop advanced forecasting models based on historical data, pipeline dynamics and predictive analytics
- Establish and safeguard data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency and accessibility
- Lead global account and portfolio analytics to drive profitability, retention and expansion
- Standardize reporting frameworks across regions to ensure consistent performance steering
- Act as business owner of HubSpot, optimizing CRM workflows, reporting structures and automation
- Translate commercial requirements into scalable system improvements and data architecture
- Deliver executive dashboards and strategic insights that guide investment and resource allocation
- Leverage AI and advanced analytics tools to enhance predictive intelligence and reporting capabilities

Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Are you ready to professionalize Business Intelligence in a fast scaling international HR Tech organization?, * Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems or related field
- 10 plus years of experience in Business Intelligence, Commercial Analytics or Revenue Operations, including at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in sales forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting within a B2B or HR Tech environment
- Strong expertise in HubSpot and experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker
- Experience building data governance frameworks and improving data maturity
- Strong stakeholder management skills at senior and executive level
- Analytical depth combined with strategic vision and execution power
