Solution Support Engineer

• Contributing to the development of solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure, or functional areas;
• Using standard techniques to elicit, specify and document requirements for simple subject areas with clearly defined boundaries;
• Planning and driving systems development projects that support the organisation's objectives and plans.

Do you have experience in Debugging?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified university in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience OR exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCI Agency, that is, at least 6 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;

• Experience with diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and integrations;
• Proficiency in debugging, log analysis, and identifying root causes of problems.
