The Analyst is responsible for analyzing and managing data to support decision-making across the organization, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance with company policies. This role performs data processing, analysis, and reporting using tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau, developing actionable insights that align with business objectives. The SME will also create and maintain dashboards, oversee quality control processes, and document key data management activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security in data handling. Additionally, this role collaborates with various departments, offering technical support and consulting to optimize data use and establish best practices., Data Analysis:
- Perform queries and data analysis using Excel, Tableau, SQL to extract valuable information for data analysis.
- Process, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that support informed decision-making across the organization.
- Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to convert raw data into actionable recommendations that align with business objectives.
- Make daily decisions regarding data processing within established guidelines, with support and approval from the supervisor when necessary.
Support and Consulting:
- Advise and provide technical support to users in the assigned department regarding data interpretation and usage.
Reports and Dashboards:
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau and Excel to provide key insights to the organization.
Data Project Management:
- Oversee and manage assigned data projects, ensuring they are completed within the established time frame and meet the required quality standards.
Data Quality and Security:
- Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data, complying with applicable regulations.
- Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of data management policies and procedures to ensure the quality, integrity, and security of data.
System and Tool Management:
- Implement and manage database systems and data analysis tools, ensuring their proper functioning and updating.
- Develop, implement, and maintain data analysis and management tools that optimize processes within the assigned department.
- Use Power Apps to develop applications and automation that improve operational efficiency.
Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical and strategic guidance in data management throughout the organization, under the direction of the Data Management Manager and Supervisor.
- Ensure Use of Official Sources:
- Ensure that departments exclusively utilize the tools and official sources stipulated by the Data Management Department.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
- Work closely with other departments to identify data needs and develop effective solutions.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Document each new or updated process and produce periodic reports on compliance with policies, data quality, anomalies, outlier situations, and any other necessary reports for effective data management.
Training and Development:
- Provide ongoing training and development for the data management team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in data management and propose improvements and innovations.
Work Environment Management:
- Establish and maintain a working environment that fosters positive morale, quality, creativity, and teamwork.
- Ensure all initiatives and interactions reflect the ENVISTA values (CIRCL)
Time and Workflow Management:
- Work overtime as required by the business needs.
Business Adaptability:

Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Key qualifications include advanced Excel skills, Power Apps, SQL and Tableau experience, and the ability to support data-driven decision-making through data visualization and analysis. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate effective communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. They will play a strategic role in ensuring official data sources are followed, contributing to system management, and engaging in continuous learning to enhance data management practices., * Bachelor's student in Systems Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (required).

Technical Skills:

Microsoft Excel: Advanced to intermediate level proficiency (required).

SQL/MySQL: At least 1 year of experience working with SQL databases (required).

Tableau Desktop: Minimum of 1 year experience in creating and maintaining data dashboards (required).

Microsoft Power Platform: Minimum of 1 year experience with Power Apps and Power Platform (required).

Tableau Prep: Experience with Tableau Prep (desirable).

Computer Proficiency: Strong experience with general computer use, including office applications and internet navigation.

English: Advanced proficiency (required).
