Job description
AXA EssentiALL's Data team is seeking an intern with strong statistics skills for a one-year reporting role. The main focus is to improve performance tools for markets, support strategic data projects, and assist in product data research. The candidate will work with stakeholders to create clear reports and dashboards, enhancing understanding of the business portfolio and strategy., * Maintains, adapts, and enhances business dashboards and analytical tools of emerging markets under the guidance of the data and analytics manager.
- Understands multiple data structures and sources to lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions for mature markets overall consolidation process (bi-annual performance exercise, StratPlan and customer centricity annual exercises).
- Ensures that the data model is operationally accurate and appropriate throughout data management processes, including internal and external data collection, data transformation, and data quality for audit purposes.
- Develops and delivers management dashboards and canned reports to support management oversight of business performance.
In-depth analytics on key EssentiALL projects:
- PMP project: with the product expert performs in-depth descriptive analysis throughout the customer lifecycle of live programs, to provide data-driven insights that help improve business value and new business development.
- UX project: with the UX expert evaluates end-to-end digital customer experience to optimize and improve the reach and engagement of multiple digital marketing campaigns.
- Support the our head of Product in data research to facilitate new product development.
Requirements
Do you have experience in VBA?, Professional and technical skills
- Analytical skills with strong planning ability and attention to detail.
- Experience identifying and implementing innovative approaches to address business problems and solutions.
- Capacity to consolidate and summarize quantitative data from varied sources.
- Experience developing automated tools to deliver reports and dashboard to leverage data management visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or related).
- MS Office: Excel and VBA - advanced level (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of website analytics tools, Google Analytics is essential.
- Written and oral English mandatory; any other language is a plus.
