A leading international law firm is seeking a CRM Specialist to join their Marketing & Business Development team in London. This is a high-impact role supporting the firm's international offices across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, and offers a unique opportunity to help shape the evolution of the firm's global CRM program. This role would suit a highly organised self-starter who is keen to add value in a fast growing, dynamic and rewarding environment. It will be a high-visibility, deadline-driven role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work proactively and independently under pressure, with flexibility for occasional overtime. Reporting to the CRM Director, you will work closely with the Marketing & Business Development International Director and collaborate with a global team dedicated to business development, research, marketing, and communications. The team values honesty, diligence, collaboration, and open communication, and success in this role will mean asking questions when needed and striving for continuous improvement while working as part of a globally connected team. The firm has recently transitioned to Salesforce to manage a robust and expanding CRM ecosystem of contacts and accounts, supported by over 12 integrated systems. In this role, you will serve as a trusted CRM resource for international colleagues, developing deep expertise in Salesforce and related e-marketing tools, including configurations, workflows, and firmwide usage. The CRM Specialist will be expected to anticipate needs, manage projects independently, and handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and sound judgment. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the CRM by managing data updates, researching records, merging duplicates, applying data standards, and ensuring accuracy across the system. arise, and help keep the CRM ecosystem operating smoothly. A significant part of the role will involve supporting marketing operations by building targeted mailing lists, tracking events, and assisting with communications such as newsletters and alerts. The role holder will also need to develop a strong understanding of the firm's practices, clients, and markets in order to effectively support business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have proven Salesforce experience, preferably gained in a professional services environment, along with Salesforce Certification and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Strong technical aptitude, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with senior lawyers, clients, and colleagues will be essential. The CRM Specialist will also possess proven experience with CRM and e-marketing platforms such as Salesforce and MCAE, while familiarity with data reporting and visualisation
