Lead .NET Developer

A scale-up based in Ghent are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead .NET Developer with project management abilities to spearhead the development and delivery of our critical software projects. The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated developers and should possess strong interest or experience towards project management to effectively plan, execute, and monitor project timelines and deliverables. This role requires a proactive and resourceful individual who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on .NET and React/ Angular development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and other relevant .NET technologies.
• Solid understanding of database design principles and experience with SQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, MySQL).
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in collaborative development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
