Job description
We are looking for an analyst with pragmatical and hands-on experience within the field of business integrations or application integration. You will get the opportunity to work in a broad range of logistical and general business area's across our organization.
- The analyst knows or can deep dive a large variety of end to end business processes or use cases with the focus on integration lines.
- The analyst:
- defines the high level integration logic (routing, mapping, validation, enrichment, orchestration, …)
- captures connection details (sender/receiver, methods, security,…)
- captures specific flow information (triggers, events, documents, formats, lookup values…).
- The analyst can bring all captured information together in:
- well-structured documentation
- work packages for development
- The analyst can take up a coordinating role in larger projects:
- Communication with PM, stakeholders, IT teams.
- Communicating timelines within our team
- Following up on open tasks and timely deliveries
- Providing assistance for testing.
- The analyst maintains good relations and communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Chart/design business processes from an integration viewpoint
- Detail business process steps with schema info and integration logic in well-structured documentation.
- Provide packages of integration information for integration developers
- Apply or consider integration patterns and pitfalls (ordered delivery, batching, data ownership, disparate and dissimilar systems…) with the help of integration team
- Get the deliverables reviewed and agreed upon by internal/external stakeholders
- Gauge the impact of upcoming changes, update the deliverables accordingly
Deliverables
- Business case and process documentation and schema's (BPMN, state diagram, sequence diagram)
- High level Integration logic (mapping, routing, …)
- Non functional requirements (tracking, volume, errorhandling, …)
- Timely delivery of projects and changes

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as an analyst with focus on Integrations.
- Minimum a Bachelor's degree, or similar by experience.
- A good level of English (multinational teams)
- Strong documenting & communication skills.
- Nice to haves
- Experience with Azure Integrated Services
- Experience with Biztalk
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud
- Project management knowledge
- EDI knowledge
- Knowledge of Integration patterns
- API experience
- Experience with Visio, Enterprise Architect, Draw.io,… (one or multiple tools)
- BPMN/UML is a plus
- Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar tool)
