This is a hands-on engineering role within a collaborative and agile Cloud Team that values both tech depth and human connection. This is not a senior-level role - we're specifically seeking a mid-level engineer who thrives in cross-functional environments, enjoys ownership, and communicates clearly with clients and colleagues alike. What You'll Be Doing - Design and build secure Azure cloud environments using Terraform - Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps - Participate in architecture discussions and advise clients on infrastructure decisions - Collaborate with internal teams and ensure technical accuracy and progress - Drive deployments and environment setups with quality and accountability in mind - Work hybrid: part-time from home, part-time from the office in Utrecht Your Profile 4+ years of experience as a DevOps or Cloud Engineer Proven hands-on expertise with Azure (e.g. AKS, Compute, Web Services) Proficiency in Terraform , Azure DevOps Pipelines , and Git Working knowledge of PowerShell (nice-to-have) Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to quality Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both tech and business teams You speak and write Dutch fluently (C1 or higher) Who You Are - Structured and self-organized - You prefer to double-check over making assumptions - Strong sense of owners...
