Job description
We're looking for a technically sharp and commercially minded Pre-Sales Engineer to join our growing team. You'll be at the heart of our sales process - working alongside Business Development Managers and Account Managers to design and present compelling technical solutions across Networking, Cloud & Server Infrastructure, and Cyber Resilience., * Meeting with prospective and existing customers (remotely and face-to-face) to understand their technical and business needs
- Designing tailored solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and cyber products
- Producing high-quality proposals including solution overviews, network diagrams, statements of work, and pricing
- Presenting solutions confidently, articulating cost savings and business benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Supporting the sales team throughout the deal cycle and ensuring a smooth handover to delivery
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Sonicwall?, * Proven experience in a technical pre-sales, support, or delivery role - ideally within an MSP environment
- Strong working knowledge of M365, Azure, AVD, Windows Server, HPE/Meraki/SonicWALL networking, and cyber products (MS Defender, Bitdefender, Vulnerability Scanning, Pen Testing)
- Experience scoping and designing solutions for SME businesses
- A natural communicator who can translate technical complexity into business language
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally
