Job description

What you'll be doing:
- Spearheading the development and maintenance of our comprehensive design system.
- Collaborating with product, engineering, and UX teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration.
- Applying the principles of atomic design to create a robust and modular system.
- Documenting guidelines, best practices, and component usage for easy adoption.
- Conducting audits and research to identify areas for improvement and innovation within the design system.
- Championing design system adoption and best practices across the organization.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Web accessibility?, Remote within Spain - must have Spanish residency.
Languages: Spanish and English are mandatory., * A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience designing and managing design systems.
- Proven expertise in atomic design principles and their practical application.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design system work, ideally with examples from complex environments.
- Experience working within or for the banking/financial services industry.
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Experience with design tokens and their implementation.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better understand implementation constraints.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
