Job description

We're looking for a Senior Web Tools Engineer to develop and evolve the internal web tools and interfaces that power a major live mobile title. You'll be responsible for improving the core admin platform used daily by production, LiveOps, and QA teams, ensuring it remains intuitive, scalable, and reliable. Working closely with UX, backend, and product partners, you'll help define API contracts, prototype functionality, and drive frontend development even when backend services are still in progress., * Own, maintain, and enhance the central internal web admin platform to improve performance, usability, and maintainability.

  • Design and deliver web-based tools that streamline daily operational, QA, and configuration workflows.
  • Implement responsive UX/UI based on wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.
  • Work with backend engineers to define and refine API contracts, and create mock APIs or prototypes to keep progress unblocked.
  • Encourage best practices in frontend development, architecture, and clean code patterns.
  • Mentor peers and support the team in advancing frontend technology adoption.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and cross-functional planning.
  • Assist with debugging, tuning, and maintaining web applications in live environments.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in modern frontend development using frameworks such as Angular, React, or similar.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive UI implementation.
  • Solid understanding of usability principles and attention to visual detail and user experience.
  • Ability to work independently and prototype functional interfaces without finalized backend APIs.
  • Strong collaboration skills across engineering, UX, and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of frontend performance, maintainability, and testing practices.
  • Passion for building internal tools that empower creative and operational teams.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with Blazor or interest in supporting future Blazor initiatives.
  • Background in maintaining live platforms or internal web tooling.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, authentication, and role-based access control.
  • Experience with shared component libraries or design systems.
  • Familiarity with data visualization or configuration-driven UI.
  • Knowledge of C#.
