Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Implementation Manager to join our European team. The Implementation Manager plays a pivotal role in welcoming our new customers into Stravito. They manage the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring timely execution, and coordinating internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
What you'll do:
- Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new clients, ensuring that the platform is calibrated for the Client's use-cases and that all milestones are met within the agreed timeline
- Act as the main point of contact for our client stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating effective communication throughout the implementation phase
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Success Manager and communicate with internal teams to align implementation activities with client goals and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the implementation process, and proactively address any issues or roadblocks that arise
- Collaborate with internal teams to adapt Implementation Methodologies in preparation for new features, modules, or product launches
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the implementation process to improve efficiency and client experience
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, To be successful in this role, you need:
- Previous experience in project management, preferably in the SaaS industry or software implementation field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong solutioning skills - able to spot issues promptly and find practical solutions.
- To be comfortable applying a proactive approach to AI tooling adoption
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of SaaS products and services, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software applications
- Skills to navigate the basic technical concepts involved in executing the implementation process
- To thrive in start-up and remote-first environments
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Additional European languages desirable
