Job description
In this role, you'll take ownership of configuring, maintaining, and continuously improving our Qualtrics implementation, driving real impact in how customer feedback is captured and used across the bank. Beyond working on user stories inside the SaaS platform, you'll also get to apply your front-end expertise, customizing UI elements with CSS, building modular reusable feedback components, and working on connections and integrations.
We are looking for an IT Engineer who worked on the configuration of SaaS applications in the past, enjoys collaboration, and is able to gather requirements and translate them into innovative solutions in an iterative (Agile/DevOps) way.
Working environment
You'll join the Voice of the Customer team, part of the Customer Insight & Hyper-personalisation Grid. Our mission: Make digital banking effortless, personal and meaningful. Customer feedback is a crucial ingredient to achieve this.
Within our grid, we work with several SaaS applications such as Qualtrics, Selligent, Microsoft Dynamics, Tealium, and Google Analytics.
The Voice of the Customer team is a small, energetic, and highly collaborative group. It brings together IT Engineers who manage and configure Qualtrics, researchers who turn feedback into actionable insights, and data analysts who ensure the right customers receive the right surveys. Your work will be tightly connected to all of them. We work together in the office for one or two days per week. The other days you can work from home if you want., * SaaS Expertise: Proven experience in the configuration of SaaS solutions, and the seamless integration with other systems.
Requirements

- A creative mindset, * Front-end development: Experience with web fundamentals like HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Knowledge of modern frameworks like Vue.js. and frontend build tool like Vite is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of REST APIs, web services, databases, and Git.
- Agile Methodology: Experienced in Agile/DevOps ways of working and iterative delivery.
- Requirement Gathering: Able to gather requirements, break down complex problems, and turn them into structured user stories.
- Troubleshooting: Comfortable troubleshooting issues across systems.
- Communication: Clear communicator; comfortable aligning business and IT through workshops or stakeholder sessions.
- Attitude: Proactive, innovative, eager to test and learn, data-driven, eager to proactively share knowledge, and committed to continuous improvement.
- Customer Experience: Affinity with customer experience and feedback tooling is a plus.
