As a Data Scientist / Software Engineer, you have the opportunity to make a social impact by detecting criminal behavior and simplifying business processes through graph analytics. You'll be analyzing transactions from over 8 million Rabobank customers!
You\u2019ll be part of a team dedicated to enriching the enterprise knowledge graph (Neo4j) using entity matching. This team is responsible for entity matching across a variety of use cases, developing and refining models to accurately identify and link related entities.
Your role will help the team transform their innovative ideas and experiments into high-quality, production-ready products, leveraging your extensive coding experience.

Requirements
u2022 You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, IT or a related field.
\u2022 You have at least 5 or more years of experience working as a Data Scientist with a strong focus on software engineering.
\u2022 You have strong object-oriented programming and software engineering skills; FastAPI and Python knowledge is a must.
\u2022 You are skilled in Git, Databricks, and PySpark.
\u2022 You have a passion for building and bringing to production clean, well-structured, maintainable, and testable solutions.
\u2022 You have experience in making components that can be reused and standardized to support scale.
\u2022 You are curious by heart, open to learning, proactive, and experienced in collaboration with colleagues.
\u2022 You communicate well in the English language (both spoken and written).
\u2022 Basic understanding of statistical modelling and machine learning.
\u2022 Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
\u2022 Experience in model deployment, performance tuning, and monitoring leveraging MLOps/DevOps is a plus.
