Job description
- Collaborate with a diverse product team (Data Scientists, Data Analysts, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, UX Designers).
- Define problems and build models that create customer value.
- Apply expertise in recommendation systems to analyze large datasets, find patterns, and generate solutions.
- Lead A/B testing of ML models and continuously improve performance.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to keep ML solutions cutting-edge.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics or other STEM fields.
- Strong grasp of statistics and mathematics behind machine learning theories.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building production machine learning solutions.
- Solid understanding of machine learning fundamentals and deep learning.
- Bonus: Experience with recommendation systems, reinforcement learning, and learn-to-rank algorithms.
- Strong Python programming skills and solid SQL experience.
- Proven track record of deploying models into production; able to manage the full end-to-end ML lifecycle.
- Deep understanding of A/B testing and its limitations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
- Experience with GCP (optional)., * Master's degree or higher in a STEM field.
- Strong statistics and machine learning theory knowledge.
- 5+ years experience building production ML systems.
- Understanding of ML fundamentals and deep learning.
