Job description

As a Software Developer, you'll contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of a cloud-based platform used by organisations to support learning, compliance, and performance management. You'll work across the full development lifecycle, building secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions that deliver real value to end users., * Design, build, and maintain clean, high quality code across Back End systems and APIs

  • Develop and enhance platform features, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
  • Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to solution design discussions
  • Apply modern engineering standards including testing, documentation, and secure development practices
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high quality releases
  • Support deployment, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of existing systems
  • Contribute to a positive, team oriented engineering culture

Requirements

  • Strong experience with .NET and C#
  • Experience with ASP.NET and SQL Server
  • Experience building or consuming REST APIs
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • A collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem solving skills
