Job description
Quality and Testing owns the Digital engineering-wide automation strategy; ensuring quality, scalability, and confidence in releases through robust testing practices and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Define and deliver the automation strategy across Digital Engineering
- Standardise world class testing practices
- Embed automation into CI/CD pipelines with quality gates
- Drive synthetic, performance, and automated validation testing
- Oversee test data management and release confidence
- Align with IT test teams on end-to-end validation
- Partner with the insight team to enable transparent reporting and KPIs
- Track progress and drive continuous improvement

Requirements
Do you have experience in Software testing?, * Deep expertise in testing automation and CI/CD integration
- Experience managing quality teams and large-scale releases
- Strong understanding of performance and synthetic testing
- Familiarity with test data management and validation
- Ability to collaborate across engineering and IT functions
