Job description
We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join Eastlight Community Homes on a Permanent, full-time basis.
You will play a key role in delivering new technology projects and driving the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to maximise Eastlights Technology stack. Working closely with the Business Improvements Team, Business Systems Team, and Business Analysts, you will ensure that new technology initiatives are fully scoped, aligned with business objectives and key milestones are delivered.
Your primary focus will be on project delivery and the enhancement of our existing systems, including the integration of new technologies and automation to improve business processes and customer experience. As a Subject Matter Expert for key business applications, you will lead on the development and rollout of new modules and products, and support knowledge sharing within the team.
In addition to your project and development responsibilities, you will provide 3rd line technical support for our suite of software applications, managing incidents, requests, and change management as required to maintain a stable and effective technology stack.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Process improvement?, You will be educated to A-level standard or hold an equivalent ICT qualification, or have relevant experience, with a proven track record in technology project delivery, application development, and supporting business change in a dynamic environment.

- Permanent Full Time 37 hours per week
