Broadcast Support Supervisor

We have an exciting new role for a Broadcast Support Supervisor to lead the Engineering Support function within a Broadcast Engineering department. Reporting to the Head of Engineering and Distribution, you will oversee a team of six Broadcast Support Engineers, ensuring seamless support of broadcast services in a 24/7/365 environment. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical expertise in broadcast engineering, particularly video over IP technologies. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, based full time on site in their state of the art facility. • Ensure 24/7/365 engineering support capability for SIS broadcast services
• Oversee preventative maintenance, system documentation, and Disaster Recovery implementation
• Support broadcast projects, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong broadcast engineering background
• Experience supporting video over IP protocols (e.g., SMPTE 2110, NDI)
• Proven ability to diagnose technical faults using broadcast test and measurement equipment
• Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills with the ability to lead by example
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
