Job description
This role is responsible for overseeing the technical deployment, connectivity and ongoing performance of our UK digital screen network.
You will manage installation coordination, network configuration and system monitoring across multiple sites, ensuring operational stability and high uptime standards.
The role involves collaboration with international technical teams and offers exposure to global best practice within a structured media infrastructure environment., * Oversee installation coordination of digital screens across UK sites
- Configure and maintain network connectivity and CMS systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure high uptime across the network
- Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues where required
- Work with third-party installers and technical vendors
- Ensure compliance with UK technical and safety standards
- Maintain documentation and operational reporting
- Support future network expansion planning
- Liaise with international technical teams regarding system standards
Requirements
Do you have experience in IT support?, * Has 3+ years' experience in IT support, network operations, AV or digital signage environments
- Understands IP networks, connectivity and system configuration
- Is comfortable managing multiple sites and technical workflows
- Has strong problem-solving capability
- Can operate independently within a growing business environment
Experience in digital signage or DOOH environments is advantageous. Mandarin language capability is preferred but not essential.
