Job description

Working in an international environment, the IT Manager's mission is to translate the department's strategic plan into concrete operational plans and ensure alignment of IT practices across all group entities. You will take into account various constraints (regulatory, operational, cultural, and local) while maintaining standards, processes, and infrastructure.

You are responsible for governance, overall consistency, and execution follow-up to ensure the availability, performance, and quality of IT services. You report directly to our IT Director.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Apply, implement, and communicate network and telecommunications policies and technologies across group entities, in line with the IT strategy.
  • Ensure the continuity, security, and proper functioning of all front- and back-office software (Active Directory, ERP, CRM, messaging systems, SharePoint, server operating systems, MS Office, etc.).
  • Contribute to the definition, communication, and implementation of a Disaster Recovery Plan. Manage periodic backups across the group and identify and mitigate IT operational risks related to business continuity.
  • Maintain related information and documentation in a structured manner and ensure their availability and accuracy.
  • Manage, coach, and develop direct reports.
  • Oversee IT support activities.
  • Supervise the Master Data team and collaborate with the Master Data Manager on defining and evolving the data strategy, governance framework, and master data principles.
  • Coordinate with the ERP team on related topics (projects, action plans, user requests) and ensure consistency with group IT standards.
  • Provide operational support when necessary and act as operational backup across all IT activities.
  • Contribute to the preparation of the IT budget, monitor operational costs, and report variances to the IT Director.
  • Publish updates on ongoing and upcoming group IT projects.
  • Manage various projects and change requests.
  • Ensure the required competency levels within the organization through appropriate training and certifications.
  • Define, monitor, and report on IT performance indicators: availability, service quality, and risk.

Requirements

  • You have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in IT team management and are comfortable operating in an international environment.
  • You possess strong expertise in a full Microsoft and fully cloud-based environment.
  • You have a genuine interest in AI-related topics.
  • You are able to lead projects with method, structure, and discipline.
  • You are fluent in both French and English.
  • Flexible and adaptable, you are willing to travel occasionally.
