Job description
To support our global Commercial and Medical organizations, we are looking for an experienced Veeva Commercial Cloud Manager to develop and enhance our Veeva Vault CRM platform within a fast growing, highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

This is a hands-on, global role combining system administration, configuration, solution design, and platform evolution within the Veeva Commercial Cloud ecosystem.
The position is part of a European team, with flexibility for remote work within the European time zone, reporting to the Head of Digital Commercial based in Stockholm.
Your impact will include
- Act as the global System Administrator for the Veeva Vault CRM platform
- Configure and evolve core Vault CRM modules (e.g. Account Management, Call Reporting, CLM, Events Management, Campaign Manager, Approved Email, Surveys, Medical Inquiry, Cycle Plans, Event Meetings)
- Translate complex business needs into scalable, compliant system solutions
- Manage roles, permissions, security, and data governance
- Provide operational support, troubleshooting, and user enablement
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and training materials
- Lead integrations with downstream data platforms and external digital ecosystems
- Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Regulatory, and Data teams to streamline processes and improve field efficiency
- Identify and implement innovative solutions-including generative AI and predictive analytics-to enhance HCP engagement and field productivity.
- Partner with Data Science teams on proof-of-concept initiatives such as AI-powered call note summarization, smart segmentation, and next-best-action recommendations.

Essential Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Veeva CRM (Vault CRM is highly desirable)
- Strong expertise in system configuration, administration, and governance
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with user management, security configuration, and compliance-driven environments
- Familiarity with Veeva Network, Open Data, Events Management and Veeva PromoMats (CLM and VAE management) is an advantage
- Veeva CRM or Vault CRM Administrator/Developer certification preferred
- Experience working in life sciences (pharma, biotech, or medical devices)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English, working confidently with global stakeholders
