Job description
- Serve as the subject-matter expert for NU Comm Spares and NUS definition across Heavy-Duty technologies.
- Lead and develop a team of configuration management engineers and contractors:
- Manage daily operations, prioritize workload, and ensure resource balancing.
- Own team KPIs (key performance indicators) and metrics.
- Act as the single point of contact for inquiries related to NU Comm Spares and NUS definition process within Configuration Management Services.
- Oversee request intake and validation to ensure high-quality and timely outputs.
- Manage and execute quality peer reviews of team deliverables.
- Create, maintain, and continuously improve Standard Work and team knowledge assets.
- Partner with the Technical Leaders to develop the Configuration Management Services strategy and apply it to the NU Spares team
- Partner with NUS Project Managers, NU Commissioning, Design Engineering, Sourcing, Manufacturing, and other functions to meet business demand with quality and speed.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Oracle?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant experience in configuration management, design engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a closely related field.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret bill of materials (BOM) structures.
- Experience with PLM and ERP systems (e.g. GTCC PLM/Teamcenter and SAP/Oracle ERP) or similar.
- Proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Professional proficiency in English.
