The HRSG Optimization leader collaborates closely with engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and value stream efficiency from wing to wing. They partner with suppliers and HRSG fulfillment leaders to develop and implement improved standard work processes. Work to ensure supplier performance and scalability for growth and execution to business needs.
This role focuses on enhancing overall operational efficiency and reducing lead times. Through these collaborative efforts, the HRSG Optimization leader aims to drive continuous improvement and sustain high performance in HRSG delivery and project execution. In addition, this leader will partner with the Configured Systems sourcing team to help drive both HRSG MSD and complete outsourced HRSG strategy and execution., * Partner with commodity leaders to execute supply strategy to grow HRSG volume in MSD and outsourced by over 300%.
- Partner with engineering and commodities to drive LT reduction and simplification to improve capacity.
- Partner with suppliers to improve delivery performance for physical products and supporting documentation
- Establish daily management processes to support communication of project execution status and risks.
- Extend lean thinking and execution to suppliers, scheduling, and engineering.
- Using Problem Solving and Lean Tools, lead cross-functional teams identifying systemic causes of delivery delays and implementing long term improvement action connecting engineering, commodity, and fulfillment teams.
- Provides technical expertise in areas such as process development, capacity planning, inventory requirements and operational management within a project based environment
- Works as the transformation leader to partner with HRSG PPM's, engineering, projects, and commodities to drive lean road map action plans.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Tableau?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Experience (for US-based candidates): Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university OR HS Diploma/Equivalent with 10 years of experience Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Engineering. Minimum of 5 years experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations or Project Management in Power Generation or EPC companies.
- Experience (for Europe-based candidates): Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university diploma with major experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Engineering. Significant experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Operations or Project Management in Power Generation or EPC companies.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to internationally up to 25-40%.
- Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work to cover EST and AP time portion of time zones., * Master's Degree in a Technical or Business discipline
- Significant Sourcing Experience for Power Generation products; preferably with a focus on plant equipment accessories (MSD, BOP, HRSG)
- Lean tool set (A3, VSM, Problem Solving)
- High motivation and influencing skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal / facilitation skills
- Proactive self-starter and change agent
- Strong analytical and process mindset
- Experience with SAP, Smartsheet and Tableau

The base pay range for this position is $149 400,00 - $ 248 900,00. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
