Job description

As a Implementation Analyst you will support SaaS delivery implementation projects across Evinova's SaaS Solution portfolio. In this role, you will serve as a critical liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders-ensuring requirements are clear, processes are well-documented, and solutions are delivered effectively.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams for multiple customers to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.

  • Translate complex workflows and system interactions into clear process documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Support SaaS delivery project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders, proactively managing expectations and communication.

  • Identify and analyze current operational processes to uncover areas for optimization and automation.

  • Evaluate solution options and assess feasibility, risks, and downstream impacts.

  • Serve as the bridge between IT and business units to ensure alignment on requirements, priorities, and success criteria.

  • Support testing of customer requirements, issue identification, impact analysis, and root-cause investigation to drive timely resolution.

  • Contribute to delivery playbooks, checklists, and repeatable frameworks to enhance implementation efficiency.

  • Develop or maintain implementation documentation such as configuration guides, workflow diagrams, or operational readiness checklists.

  • Help teams stay aligned with evolving product capabilities, releases, and cross-functional dependencies.

  • Provide structured post-go-live support, ensuring smooth adoption and timely resolution of early issues.

  • Monitor solution performance during hyper care periods and coordinate with product/engineering teams as necessary.

  • Support customer environment configuration, including system setup, data mapping, and validation of key integrations.

  • Perform light data validation or analysis (e.g., SQL-based checks or structured data review) to ensure implementation accuracy.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SaaS?, You are organized, detail-oriented, and energized by solving complex problems. You understand how to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate effectively with diverse teams. You're not afraid to dig into data, analyze systems, or facilitate difficult conversations if it means driving clarity and progress., * 2+ years of experience as a Business or Implementation Analyst with experience in SaaS, AI/ML, or related digital technology environments.

  • Familiarity with clinical trial processes and protocol interpretation as it relates to digital system delivery.

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, APIs, relational data flows, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

  • Proven analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Experience working across technical and business teams in customer-facing or implementation settings.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.

  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and analyze issues to identify root causes quickly.

  • Track record of improving processes, automating manual tasks, or optimizing workflows.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, or start-up environments, with the ability to drive action and scalable solution-building.

  • Ability to perform basic data validation or querying (SQL or similar tools).

  • Understanding of SDLC and/or agile delivery methodologies and how they influence implementation timelines and handoffs.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product delivery practices.
