Job description
We are looking for a proactive UX/UI Designer to drive our UX/UI initiatives for internal backoffice tools. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations stakeholders to improve usability, efficiency, and quality of workflows that support our day-to-day business.
This is a highly collaborative role with real impact: you will help turn complex operational needs into clear, scalable experiences, and you will strengthen our design standards across internal products., * Backoffice UX ownership: Design and iterate on core internal workflows (admin, operations, reporting, content/configuration, integrations).
- Discovery and problem framing: Run lightweight research (interviews, shadowing, workshops) to understand pain points and define success metrics.
- Interaction and UI design: Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
- Design systems: Contribute to and maintain reusable components, patterns, and guidelines to keep experiences consistent and scalable.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Engineers from early discovery through delivery; support implementation with specs and design reviews.
- Usability testing: Validate solutions with fast feedback loops; iterate based on findings and product constraints.
- Quality and accessibility: Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and consistency standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Wireframing?, * 4+ years of UX/UI design experience, including shipping products used in real operational contexts.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work (problem framing exploration delivery).
- Experience designing complex web applications (tables, forms, permissions, dashboards, configuration flows).
- Strong interaction design skills and attention to UI detail.
- Proficiency with Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping).
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident in communicating with stakeholders., * Experience with iGaming, fintech, or other highly regulated / operationally complex domains.
- Experience working with design systems at scale.
- Familiarity with analytics and experimentation (funnels, task success metrics).
- Basic understanding of front-end constraints (responsive UI, HTML/CSS concepts).
