You will have the opportunity to gain fantastic insights by supporting drug development. As an Oncology Statistical Programmer you will contribute in many ways, including:

Transforming data into insights: Help turn complex clinical trial data into clear, reliable outputs (datasets, tables,listingsand figures) that inform decisions across drug development and regulatory submissions.

Partnering across disciplines: Work closely with statisticians, clinicians, data managers, and engage with data scientists, engineers, and AI/ML professionals to solve problems and improve how we use data.

Improving how we work: Contribute tononprojectinitiatives that streamline our processes-such as exploring AI-assisted workflows, adopting opensource tools and standards, enhancing automation and quality, and shaping best practices that scale across teams.
