Job description
Within the Data team, you will join the Distribution & Hotel Services (DHS) tribe, which is responsible for providing data products (exports, dashboards, datasets/tables, etc.) that enable performance management and improve operations for numerous teams in these three main areas of activity:
- Distribution: multi-channel distribution of our services and offers, followed by management of the booking process through to payment;
- Hotel Services: management tools dedicated to hotels;
- Revenue Management: revenue optimization via Yield Management.
Your mission:
Reporting to the Data Engineering Director of the DHS tribe, your mission will be to:

Co-lead the "Revenue" Feature Team (facilitation, prioritization, planning, etc.)

Build a strong partnership with your Product Owner counterpart

Supervising Data Engineers: 4 external + 1 internal (individual monitoring, particularly with digital services companies, etc.)

Ensuring the implementation of best development practices (DevOps, Quality, FinOps, etc.)

Contributing to the scoping, breakdown, and macro-estimation of new topics

Guide technical and modeling choices in accordance with Accor standards (Snowflake urbanization, Archi patterns, etc.)

Deliver Data Products (Analytics & AI) in accordance with quality and deadline commitments

Manage communication and resolution in the event of incidents

Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * You have a degree from an engineering school or a specialized master's degree, and you demonstrate significant experience (at least 6-8 years) in the field of data engineering.
- You have at least one previous managerial experience and demonstrate leadership skills with a dynamic, positive, and rigorous mindset.
- You have developed solid business expertise and an understanding of business issues during your recent experiences.
Technical Skills
- Good command of SQL, Python, Terraform & dbt.
- Knowledge of orchestration tools, preferably Astronomer (Airflow).
- DevOps culture (CI/CD, Gitlab, automation)
- Knowledge of visualization tools (Tableau or equivalent)
- In-depth knowledge of Snowflake features and analytical/BI modeling
- Strong product culture, with a flexible and pragmatic Agile approach
Soft Skills
- Analytical mind and technical curiosity
- Ability to estimate, plan, and monitor activities on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to assess complex situations in order to anticipate/control risks
- Good command of French and English (level B2/C1)
