Job description
As a Senior Architect, you are responsible for guiding the organization's technical strategy in close alignment with the broader group's objectives. You will act as a pivotal link between high-level strategy and technical execution.
You will:
- Work closely with the Department Lead, fellow architects, product owners, business analysts, and development teams.
- Act as a reference point for architectural models, processes, and governance.
- Balance complex requirements between diverse stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and business value., * Designing transition architectures that offer insights into the relationship between business processes, data, organizational structures, and technology.
- Activating creative and innovative solutions that support and drive organizational change.
- Presenting architectural points of view and complex technical information clearly and without ambiguity to various stakeholders.
- Assisting scrum teams in building architecture governed through standard change processes, including coordinating and solving dependencies or complex problems.
Requirements

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience with architecture within a global corporation.
- Proven experience working in dynamic environments with complex landscapes and intertwining interests., * The ability to balance issues on conceptual and strategic levels while focusing on tangible impact.
- A continuous learning mindset with strong persistence towards completing tasks within deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, engage, and align people in cross-functional roles at all levels.
