Windows & VMWare engineer is responsible for overall design and engineering of Windows servers & clients, VMWare for systems hardware & software related to the infrastructure. The candidate is responsible for technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. System implementation and maintenance support with other colleagues who are in charge of ICT section for current and new customers. Research "technologies and markets" for Pre/Post sales

Pre-sales Engineering [20%]

Make a proposal based on customer's needs. Make a quotation based on material price and labor work.

Vender control [10%]

VMware, Windows server & client engineering

VMware Targeting mid-range and SBC (small business corporation) customers. Experience with vSphere Experience with ESXi hosts Experience with vMotoin Experience with VDI (View client) Some experience with SRM A candidate must know HP, IBM and DELL sever platform for ESXi hosts A candidate must know storage (iSCSI, NFS) design/setting/operation with ESXi hosts NetApp storage (NFS) experience is desirable.

Windows server Experience with AD deployment in mid-range and SBC environment.

Experience with AD migration. Experience with Windows server upgrade A candidate must know group-policy deployment and operation Experience with deployment with enterprise CA is plus

Windows client

New desktop & laptop setup (mainly Dell, Lenovo) Desktop & laptop data migration A candidate must have strong knowledge of Windows client (Windows 7,8,10) A candidate must have strong trouble shoot skills

Additional skill (desirable)

Linux knowledge (Redhat, CentOS, etc) Cacti, Nagios Trouble shooting and maintenance support A candidate needs to receive a trouble call from a customer. He or she must have good trouble-shooting skills and proactively work with other team members. A candidate should have the ability and a basic skill to isolate the problem. A candidate must have good manner and good relationship with a customer and colleagues. A candidate needs to be onsite, offsite maintenance support.

Pre Sales Engineering System design and proposal

A candidate needs to design proposal based on customer's requirement. A candidate often designs and prepares presentation. A candidate needs to have the ability to create documentation for a proposal. A candidate MUST keep good customer relationship. Create a price quotation A candidate is willing to make a price quotation based on materials and labor cost., Fluent in English (Spoken and written) Documentation and presentation skill (Minimum 4 years college degree) Communication skills with customers and colleagues Have strong interest in ICT and self-learning skill
