Information Security Officer

Strengthen Rabobank's cyber resilience as a Senior Information Security Officer by guiding security initiatives, coordinating improvement efforts, and validating that our security measures truly mitigate risks. • Driving cross-department alignment by coordinating organisation-wide cyber security priorities and ensuring these priorities are translated into measurable actions across regions.
• Validating that implemented security measures effectively mitigate identified security risks and advising senior stakeholders on the bank's security posture.
• Preparing and shaping cyber resilience activities by collaborating with global specialists and contributing to strategic reporting and compliance efforts. The role includes shaping long-term security maturity by embedding standards, frameworks, and reporting structures across the organisation.

• Academic working and thinking level (WO) with at least 10 years of relevant security experience.
• Proven experience in IT Security & IT Risk Management, including advising at C-level.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management processes and supporting standards, using security frameworks and related software.

• Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,876 and EUR 10,074 (scale 10) for a 36-hour work week.
