Imagine shaping a seamless onboarding experience for thousands of data-driven users across Rabobank's Global Data & Analytics Platform. You make impact by helping to improve the onboarding journey across multiple platforms and supporting a rapidly growing data environment.
You & Your Function
Building a frictionless and self-service onboarding experience for users of the Global Data & Analytics Platform. You work at the heart of Rabobank's data-driven enterprise, collaborating with stakeholders across four areas and enhancing the GDAP Portal using Backstage plugins, workflows and integrations. As DevOps Full Stack Engineer, you strengthen the Onboarding & Support squad and help shape a seamless platform experience.

Top 3 Responsibilities
- Develop self-service onboarding functionalities by extending Backstage with plugins, workflows and platform insights
- Collaborate with tenants and DevOps teams to translate needs into integrated platform solutions
- Shape the GDAP portal vision by improving user flows and connecting multiple underlying systems
You work within the Onboarding & Support squad, part of the Global Data & Analytics Platform tribe, enabling seamless and scalable onboarding for Rabobank's data landscape
Requirements
- 5 years experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Experience with integration patterns and APIs
- Experience in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong communication skills
- Good UX skills
- Understanding business needs
- Hands-on automated software testing experience
- Understanding cloud / platform engineering concepts
- Backend orchestration familiarity (e.g. Power Automate, AutomateNow!)

- Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.
