Job description
- Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
- Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
- Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.
- Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, Employee Document Management, and HR system integrations.
- Strong hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow Platform, including Service Portal, Flow Designer, Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Proven track record in HR process automation, covering case management, onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle transitions, and digital document management.
