Network Design Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Network Design Specialist to deliver bespoke mobile network solutions for some of the most complex and high-profile environments in the UK. This includes stadiums, transport hubs, tunnels, indoor venues, and major events.You'll play a key role in ensuring customers experience high-quality 4G/5G service wherever they are. This role combines technical design, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement within a fast-moving, technology-driven environment.

• Strong problem-solving capability with the confidence to challenge assumptions and propose improvements.
• Excellent teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a dispersed team environment.
• Broad understanding of mobile RAN, coverage/capacity planning, and major vendor architectures (e.g., Nokia, Ericsson, Huawei).
• Clear and influential communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical abilities - able to interpret data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Experience managing vendors to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• 5+ years' experience in mobile RAN design within the telecoms industry.
• Demonstrated experience designing with leading RAN or DAS vendor products.
