Job description
- Translate business requirements into robust, well-documented analytics solutions
- Design and deliver advanced Power BI dashboards, forecasting models, and deep-dive analysis
- Build and optimise scalable data models (DAX, performance tuning)
- Develop and maintain advanced SQL (MySQL) queries across large, complex datasets
- Support data migration and transformation initiatives
- Automate reporting workflows using Power Automate
- Track and analyse KPIs across sales, marketing, product, and customer performance
- Ensure strong data governance, validation, quality assurance, and access controls
- Lead data mapping, data definitions, and documentation processes
Requirements
- Proven experience in Data Engineering/Data Analytics roles
- Strong background in Financial Services or Wealth Management (highly desirable)
- Advanced Power BI expertise (dashboards, reporting, KPIs)
- Advanced SQL capability (querying, optimisation, transformation)
- Strong data quality and validation experience
- Confident communicator, able to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
