Job description
Working with a dedicated team of IT professionals, you will be providing first and second line support to over 320 end users. This role is based onsite in Chipping Campden, Gloucestershire.
Due to our rural location, you must hold a valid driving license and your own transport.
Working Monday-Thursday 8.45am-5.15pm and Fridays 8.45am-4.30pm., * Provide IT systems and user support as part of the team, with a focus on ensuring the users business needs are met, and offering 1st and 2nd line technical assistance to our user base.
- Collaborate with the IT Systems Manager to evaluate and improve technological efficiency, while identifying opportunities to streamline procedures within the team.
- Build relationships with end users to increase IT presence & visibility across Campden BRI.
- Provide documentation and user training where appropriate.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, * IT qualification.
- Experience in IT Services / Operations
- Any knowledge or previous experience with Azure and / or Intune would be beneficial
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments with good understand of their features
- Excellent knowledge of building, setup, and deploying Microsoft Windows 11 devices
- Strong understanding of computer security and Active Directory
- Excellent customer service and communication skills with end users
