Job description

Step into a key role as an IT Software Analyst, where you'll help safeguard the force by minimising system disruptions and ensuring critical software remains fully available. You'll deliver expert 2nd-line support, escalating issues when needed to keep services running at their best.

In this role, you'll take ownership of software-related problems and associated hardware issues, working to identify root causes and implement effective, lasting solutions.

You'll be

  • Implementing and supporting the operation of IT software and associated hardware.
  • Working with stakeholders to gather technical data to support investigations and create reports.
  • Conducting software and related component testing.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Configuration management?, * Experience of conducting software life cycle and configuration management

  • Experience of investigating and managing software and associated hardware incidents
  • Skills providing a high-quality service and managing customer expectations.
