Job description
The Administration and Data Handling Technician is responsible for delivering high-quality administrative and data management support within a dedicated administration team.
The role focuses on operational data validation, system updates, and document control to ensure business processes are accurate, compliant, and aligned with contractual and legislative requirements. You will ensure that all data and documentation are traceable, up to date, and handled in accordance with Data Protection legislation., * Execute daily administrative tasks in line with business requirements and service standards
- Validate, update, and maintain operational data within relevant software systems (e.g. ECHO, WIMS)
- Facilitate minute taking, report preparation, and correspondence handling
- Process workbooks, timesheets, and related documentation in accordance with SLAs and business rules
- Support operational sites and facilities with administration requirements
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all sensitive information is handled in line with Data Protection legislation
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, * Administration qualification - desirable, * Experience working with large data sets ("big data pools")
- Excellent MS Office skills, including at least intermediate-level Excel
- Understanding of data protection principles and confidentiality requirements
- Experience using operational systems such as ECHO, WIMS, or similar software
- Experience in a compliance-driven or regulated environment
