Job description
- Assist in managing portals such as Fixflo, Depositary, Goodlord, Landlord Portal, Signature Sense, and Inventory Hive. This includes user support, documentation, acquisition setup, testing, and general housekeeping.
- Provide Help Desk support by supporting tickets relating to portal systems, liaising with suppliers where necessary, and ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor Help Desk activity following the release of new portals, updates, or enhancements, identifying recurring issues and measuring the success of changes.
- Monitor Help Desk activity to identify areas of concern, poor usage and future development.
- Assist in preparing reporting, managing, controlling of issues identified.
- Support the management of user access for new starters and leavers across internal and external portals.
- Coordinate and distribute company-wide communications and releases relating to portal updates.
- Maintain and update Process & Implementation SharePoint pages, Wikis, and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with Process and Procedural teams to ensure documentation, standard letters, and process maps are reviewed and updated when impacted by portal changes or releases.
- Assist investigating new portal projects, releases or development.
- Assist with bespoke data projects, including the preparation of spreadsheets (e.g., collating data, slicers, pivot tables) for reporting and release.
- Assist in training / roll outs as required.
- Ensure portals have up to date branch information at all times.
- Consistently demonstrate and promote adherence to company practices and policies.
- Where necessary, undertake adhoc tasks to assist team and/or surrounding teams where support is required upon request of Portal Manager.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * Lettings or Property Management experience.
- Good IT Skills including good knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Good creative writing skills with great attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Reapit advantageous but not essential.
- NFOPP Qualifications preferred but not essential.
- A natural communicator, able to build strong relationships, with experience in working with multi-functional teams.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and adaptable individual able to deal with a diverse and demanding workload.
- Have good organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks with excellent time management.
- Ability to manage own time and work remotely in busy and complex role.
- Ability to learn new processes and be able to effectively deliver these to the business.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy and complex role.
