Job description
We are looking for a SAP FICO Functional Analyst to strengthen our SAP Delivery Team and support the evolution of our global Finance systems.
You will act as a key link between Finance and SAP, contributing to SAP S 4 Finance projects, supporting international teams, and helping drive improvements in E Finance, automation, and system integrations.
You will collaborate closely with Finance teams, IT colleagues, and external partners to ensure our SAP Finance landscape supports TCR's global growth., * Finance teams worldwide supported with reliable and efficient SAP solutions

SAP FICO project delivery
Drive SAP FICO improvement initiatives from requirement gathering through testing and business training.
Translate finance requirements into clear functional specifications and collaborate with technical colleagues where needed.
Global Finance support
Provide functional support to Finance teams worldwide and coordinate issue resolution when required.
Support new start ups in different countries by ensuring SAP Finance localisations comply with local requirements.
Enhancements and integrations
Contribute to improvements in E Finance, Output Management, and third party integrations within the Finance domain.
Support developments related to e invoicing, banking formats, and workflow solutions where applicable.
Collaboration within SAP Delivery
Work closely with colleagues across functional and technical SAP domains.

Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, Business Engineering or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience working with ERP systems in Finance, Controlling, or E Finance, as a junior consultant, key user, or business user with strong IT affinity
- Solid understanding of accounting principles including double entry bookkeeping, VAT basics, accruals and prepayments, GL posting logic, asset lifecycle, and reconciliations
- Interest in SAP S 4HANA and functional Finance processes
- Analytical, structured, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in the intersection of Finance and IT
- Knowledge of SAP S 4HANA basics, Fiori navigation, or introductory SAP customizing is a strong plus
- Exposure to e invoicing, banking formats, Output Management, AP workflow tools, SAP Signavio, interface concepts, or similar tools is considered an asset, If you have a solid finance foundation, an interest in SAP, and are ready to grow in a global environment where business and systems connect, we would be happy to hear from you.
